What inspired me was the desire to explore new horizons for personal and professional growth.
Which management and leadership skills were you able to develop during the program?
I enhanced my managerial soft skills and leadership abilities. Additionally, I worked on refining my presentation skills and enhancing communication both within groups and externally.
What is the most valuable thing you learned during the program?
The most valuable lesson is that despite the discomfort of developing a specific project, there are always opportunities for improvement and accomplishment.
