What inspired you to enrol in the Operations Manager program at U Grow Academy?
As a young manager leading a startup company, I felt the need to expand my skills related to managing processes and people. In today's rapidly evolving world, it is essential to constantly update our knowledge and skills in order to adapt to changes.
Which management and leadership skills were you able to develop during the program?
Although many of the approaches were familiar to me, I had the opportunity to bring them together in one context to work in synergy. The Operations Manager program precisely provides this framework. One of the most valuable aspects is that the program offers perspectives on various topics through the experiences of different guest lecturers. The practical experience of each of them is the essence of the program.
What is the most valuable thing you learned during the program?
Building the Operations project step by step, passing through the selected models, is an approach that seems logical, but in the dynamics of our fast-paced daily work, we often forget it. In the future, I can enhance the methodology with new models, but I will always strive to shape the framework and follow the plan I have built
What would you share with other people considering to join the program?
Don't be afraid of the course's duration. I won't forget our second-to-last lecture with our course colleagues when we said, 'Guys, we only have one more lecture left.' The people I met were a significant part of the experience, and I'm glad I had the opportunity to work with them. All the guest lecturers, and especially our main lecturer, made and effort to convey their knowledge in the most understandable way. At the end of the program, you have enough time to prepare your personal project, rather than cramming for an exam, and that's what makes the program different from others in Bulgaria!
