Rada Serafimova is a long-time trainer with over 14 years of experience in Lean Six Sigma, Total Productive Maintenance, and related disciplines. She has worked with global leaders like SKF, Vidima, Ideal Standard, Danone, and Hanon, successfully implementing the Toyota Production System (TPS) and Lean methodology across manufacturing and service sectors.
She has 3 years of experience as a Project Manager and Lean Six Sigma expert at SKF Bearings Bulgaria, 6 years of experience as a Lean manager of a production system at Ideal Standard - Vidima, and 5 years of experience as a Lean manager at Ideal Standard International.
Rada obtained her certificate in Lean Manufacturing & Six Sigma from Gothenburg, Sweden
